When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the following information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
We do not collect any data beyond what you voluntarily submit through the contact form. We do not collect payment information.
How it is used
The information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you opt in to receiving a copy of your message, your email address is used to send that copy via our email service provider (SendGrid, operated by Twilio). Cookies
This website uses two types of storage in your browser:
- Theme preference — stored in
localStorageunder the keytheme. This is a functional preference (it controls the visual appearance of the site) and does not require consent under UK GDPR. It is never transmitted to the server. - Cookie consent preference — stored in
localStorageunder the keycookie-consent. This records whether you have accepted or declined analytics cookies so the banner is not shown on every visit. - Analytics cookies — only set if you accept analytics via the consent banner. See the Analytics section below.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.
Analytics (Azure Application Insights)
If you accept analytics via the cookie consent banner, this website uses Azure Application Insights (operated by Microsoft) to collect anonymised usage data including:
- Pages visited and time spent
- General geographic region (country / city, not precise location)
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL
IP addresses are anonymised before storage. This data is used to understand how the site is being used and to improve it. Microsoft’s privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com (opens in new tab).
If you decline analytics, Application Insights is not initialised and no analytics data is collected during your visit.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data where there is no legitimate reason for us to continue holding it.
- Right to data portability — you may request that we provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — you may object to our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within one calendar month.
